| Tenants since October 1985. An retired couple. They spend summers in Wisconsin and winters in Florida and the Spring and Fall with us. |

| Single mom, tenant since February 1997, raised her son in our building. Her son is now at Stanford studying Science. He, of course, comes back during school breaks and makes Mom proud. |

| This single professional first moved into one of our buildings on Hinman Ave. She loved living there but felt she was due for a change. At the suggestion of our maintenance man, she looked at our building at 550. 550 is a lovely building on the lake. |

| Tenants since July 2000. She is a professor and he is an antique dealer. They are originally from England and travel back and forth between “homes”. |

| Three Kellogg Business School Students. They decided our building would be perfect for them because of its close proximity to the campus. They have all graduated and moved on, but the friendships continue. |

| 1700 Hinman Ave. - Family |
| In 2000 a tenant (himself, wife and child) were transferred out of state. One year later, the family has returned to Evanston and moved back into the same building as before. |

| Several Northwestern Students found it very convenient to be across the street from the athletic facility and have easy access to campus. Tenants since September 2003. |
